Elizabeth is a Le Cordon Bleu trained pâtisserie chef with both a diploma in pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu and 3 months of Parisian experience studying at École Ducasse. Elizabeth works from her own professional kitchen studio based at Hickstead Showground, West Sussex, creating exquisite wedding and celebration cakes across the South-East of England.
