Your Day, Your Way – Personalised Wedding Ceremonies

Hi, I’m Richard, your Independent Celebrant, I’m often asked what is celebrant?
‘A celebrant is an individual who is trained in providing you with a custom- made ceremony designed to celebrate any milestones in a way which is personal to you’.
And that sums it up perfectly, it’s about offering a service that is all about you and your celebrations!

For me, being a wedding celebrant is a wonderful privilege, and should you choose me as your celebrant, I’ll be with you every step of the way as we create a ceremony that is truly personal, unique, and meaningful. With no restrictions on the content, style, or setting, your ceremony can take place almost anywhere, on a beach or clifftop, in a field, woodland, or even a family
garden, with or without a venue marriage licence.

Working closely with you, we’ll design a completely bespoke ceremony filled with love, laughter, and everything that reflects you as a couple. Whether you’d like to mix traditional vows and ring exchanging with something more symbolic like Handfasting, a Unity Candle, Sand Ceremony or Ring Warming, the choice is entirely yours. There are no rules, after all it’s your day, and
therefore it should be done your way.

I’ll make sure your ceremony feels relaxed, heartfelt, and unforgettable, not just for you, but for your family and friends too. My aim is to help you create lifelong memories that will stay with you and your guests forever.
