My Wedding Cake Business Bonitabakes.co.uk was created after many years baking for family and friends and working professionally for an independent Celebration Cake Shop based in Bournemouth.

An Art background, after studying Design at Bournemouth & Poole College, has given me the ability to experiment and create using many different types of mediums so the wonderful world of cake baking and decoration has allowed me to build my signature design style using Wafer and Rice Paper and versatile Edible Plastic.

I have been very fortunate to receive many Cake Awards for my wedding cakes; National and Regional with some amazing testimonies from many happy couples which helps me feel so valued and delighted when providing my bespoke service.
