Terms and Conditions for the Wedding Photography Competition – Hampshire – TWI HLP
1. Introduction
1.1 The promoter of this competition is The Wedding Index, collaborating with Hannah Lucy Photography, a wedding photography provider based in Hampshire.
1.2 By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Entrants must be planning a wedding taking place between 1st January 2026 and 31st December 2027 in Hampshire or the surrounding areas (e.g., Dorset, Surrey, Wiltshire, West Sussex).
2.3 Employees, agents, or affiliates of TWI or HLP are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at [website link] and submit it by the competition deadline: 30 November 2025
3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
4. Prize Details
4.1 The winner will receive £500 off their wedding photography package with Hannah Lucy Photography, if your wedding date is free.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.3 The wedding photography service must be booked and used for a wedding taking place between the specified dates (see clause 2.2).
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the competition deadline.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than 31st December 2025
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, another winner will be selected.
6. Use of Images
6.1 By entering this competition, participants agree that both The Wedding Index and Hannah Lucy Photography may use photographs taken at the winner’s wedding for promotional purposes.
6.2 This includes publication on the promoter’s website, social media channels, and in print (e.g., magazines, brochures).
6.3 The winner will not receive additional compensation for the use of their images.
7. General
7.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
7.2 The promoter’s decision in all matters related to the competition will be final.
7.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2.2 Entrants must be planning a wedding taking place between 1st January 2026 and 31st December 2027 within a 90 minute drive of Worthing
2.3 Employees, agents, or affiliates of TWI or VPP are not eligible to enter.
